All patients are accepted for care. To qualify for Medicare eligibility and home health program coverage, specific criteria must be met:

In need of intermittent care that requires skilled medical care provided by healthcare professionals.
Services must be ordered and periodically reviewed by a licensed attending physician.
We assist patients and families in maximizing their health insurance benefits so care remains accessible and affordable.
Medicare pays 100% of qualifying home health services provided in the home when ordered by a physician.
Assistance may also be available from Medicaid for patients who qualify under state guidelines.
